NACPAC endorses and supports the candidates that will be successful in elective office and on Election Day. Since being founded, NACPAC has offered support in 68 races and 59, or 78% of the time, NACPAC's endorsed candidate has gone on to win.

Candidates endorsed by NACPAC are those that match the values and desires of our region and match the values of voters in our region.

To earn our endorsement, candidates must demonstrate that they embrace economic growth, support a competitive business climate, demonstrate a strong ability to solve problems, and show that they will provide leadership to maintain a high quality of life for businesses and residents.

Some groups and PACs offer endorsements based on political party affiliation, or a questionnaire, but not NACPAC. The board members of NACPAC take their role seriously and commit to spending time with each candidate who has offered to run for office. Each election cycle, candidates must prove they are the candidates deserving of the Chamber's endorsement.

Each election cycle the board extends an interview session to each candidate who is running. Since being founded, NACPAC has completed more than 300 endorsement interviews, getting to know the individuals seeking to represent you in public office.

This process makes NACPAC one of the unique organizations and ensures that the endorsement process is based on merit, ability, temperament, and competency of the key issues.
