The Young Professionals of the Naperville Chamber (YPN) invite all Members to their next Professional Development Series Friday, April 13, featuring an expert professional development coach, Bill Bartlett. The informative presentation will focus on how business professionals of all levels and industries can take control of their sales process, modify their skills and use this knowledge to grow their business in today’s economy.
Young professionals have begun their careers in a challenging economy that calls for constant change. These changes require unprecedented levels of creativity and behavior modification to generate profit. Bill Bartlett will provide strategies for success, create a new attitude toward the sales process, and create a new approach that will increase sales.
Buyers are more informed than ever, using the internet to search for a myriad of coupons, discounts and sales. They realize that businesses have implemented these as a way to boost sales during a depressed economy, and buyers have become accustomed to these bargains. However, it has had a negative effect on small businesses that may not have the luxury of offering the deals and steals of larger companies. By taking control of the sales process, and restructuring current sales strategies, small businesses can thrive.
The presentation takes place from 7:30 – 9 a.m. in the Chamber’s Conference Room A, Suite 375 in the Main Street Promenade in downtown Naperville. The event is open to YPN Members and nonmembers.
